4. Minneapolis Sculpture Garden Art Fair

For the first time ever, the Minneapolis Sculpture Garden will be home to an art fair, Mother's Day weekend in 2024. The event will feature approximately 150 artist booths, along with music, crafts, food, and more.

7. Star Wars: The Last Jedi with the Minnesota Orchestra
May 16-18
Star Wars: The Last Jedi tells the story of The Resistance in desperate need of help when they find themselves impossibly pursued by the First Order. While Rey travels to a remote planet called Ahch-To to recruit Luke Skywalker to the Resistance, Finn and Rose, a mechanic, go on their own mission in the hopes of helping the Resistance finally escape the First Order. 9. Art-a-Whirl

Spend the weekend in Northeast Minneapolis at over 100 locations discovering over 1,300 NEMAA member artists, galleries, and businesses participating in Art-A-Whirl. 12. Kickoff to the State Fair
