Join Cass from Move with Cass to experience Minneapolis' FIRST EVER Taylor Swift Barre Class! The class will begin at 10:30 am and the entire playlist will be set to Taylor Swift, all of the eras! This is a 90-minute experience to make sure we hit every era! It is not as intimidating as it sounds. The first 15 minutes are a warmup, and the last 15 minutes are a cool down. I always offer modifications, so this is accessible for ALL. Take breaks when you need, snap some pictures or videos, or dance and sing! This is more about having fun!
